What LeadDelta does
LeadDelta calls itself “the #1 LinkedIn CRM with an AI inbox.” It imports your 1st-degree LinkedIn connections (and your team’s), syncs your LinkedIn messages, and lets you organize contacts with tags and notes from a Chrome extension and sidebar. Its Warm Intro AI scores paths to a contact you’ve already added, using signals like overlapping employment and messaging activity, with a limit of 50 searches per day per seat.
The Growth plan is $69.30 per user per month billed yearly ($831.60 a year), with a 7-day free trial and no permanent free plan. Natural-language questions about your connections run through its MCP server inside Claude, ChatGPT or Perplexity.
If you want a CRM and outreach inbox built around LinkedIn, LeadDelta is a reasonable choice and you may not need an alternative. The tools below fit better when the job is finding warm paths rather than managing a pipeline.

1. People by Sniff
People by Sniff indexes your LinkedIn connections and answers questions like “who can introduce me to someone at Stripe?” with a ranked list and the reason each person made it. Beyond search, it does call prep from any LinkedIn profile (connected or not) and suggests who to tag in posts you’ve written. Pro adds team search across everyone’s network, lead list uploads, alerts, and emails and phone numbers.
Pick it over LeadDelta if you want to ask questions in plain English inside the product, and you don’t need a CRM or campaign tool. Skip it if you want to manage conversations and send campaigns from one place; Sniff never messages anyone for you.
2. Happenstance
Happenstance searches across Gmail, Google Contacts and Calendar, Outlook, LinkedIn, X and Instagram, and lets you search friends’ networks through groups. LinkedIn comes in through an upload of your data export. It also has an API, an MCP server and an iPhone app.
Pick it if many of your relationships live outside LinkedIn, or price matters most. We compare it with People by Sniff in detail in People by Sniff vs. Happenstance.
3. The Swarm
The Swarm calls itself “the relationship intelligence leader.” It combines its own people and company dataset with your team’s LinkedIn, email and calendar contacts, and maps scored intro paths to a target company. It integrates with CRMs and has an API. Pricing starts free; Premium is $99 per company per month with a 14-day trial.
Pick it if you’re a go-to-market team that wants relationship data for a whole company, piped into your CRM.
4. Village
Village (formerly village.do) describes itself as relationship intelligence for teams. It uses Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn, calendar and contacts along with public work, funding and education data to find 1st, 2nd and 3rd-degree paths. Plans run on credits: a free tier with 100 credits a month, Core at $1 per seat per month, and Business at $149 a month.
Pick it if you want team intros with funding and investor data built in.
5. LinkedIn Sales Navigator with TeamLink
If your team already pays for Sales Navigator, TeamLink highlights coworkers who can introduce you to a lead. It’s part of the Advanced and Advanced Plus plans, not Core. Advanced is $159.99 a month (or $1,799.88 a year) per seat.
Pick it if you’re a sales team that wants warm paths without adding another tool, and you’re fine with filter-based search.
